He’s one of the best winemakers in the world, and he’ll be here pouring wines from three continents on Friday, January 30th. This is undoubtedly New Jersey’s premier winemaker dinner every year—and one of the best in the country. It’s the only opportunity to taste four continents of Hobbs’ wine with the man himself.
This year, we’re pouring not one, but TWO different rare back-vintage Cabernets from six-liter bottles—yes, bigger than a Jeroboam! And in the case of wine… size matters.
Every year, Paul creates some of the world’s finest Cabernet Sauvignon from Las Piedras and Nathan Coombs Vineyards. It’s a treat to taste these older vintages at all—but few people anywhere ever get the chance to taste them from large-format bottles like this.
This dinner has sold out every year since 1993, and this year will be no exception—so please book right away if you’d like to join us!
Reservation will take $100 Deposit.
The remaining balance will be presented as a check the night of the dinner.
